We are a certified woman-owned business offering plumbing and gas services for Residential and Commercial clients
Too often these days, plumbing companies no-show for appointments, prioritize a paycheck over making sure you’re completely satisfied, and possibly charge you for repairs that aren’t necessary. But then there’s us. We work with our customer’s best interests at the forefront of our minds – never recommending something that you don’t need. Providing the highest quality, code compliant plumbing service is important to us, but we also want you to feel secure that your project or repairs are to code and done properly.
The company behind the service is just as important – if not more so – than the service itself. That’s why our clients are clients for always, and they thank us with referrals (which we cherish and appreciate).
We also work with a number of other trade specialties such as electricians, drywall, and painters, as well as general contractors and builders. We’re happy to make referrals as needed.

We are proud to be a certified woman-owned business (WBENC) and HUB-certified firm. Fixed-NC started as a disaster restoration company several years ago, but after the Covid pandemic, we decided we needed to scale back and focus on our core business – plumbing and gas needs for our Residential and Commercial clients.
Jennifer and Kevin Matthews, our licensed plumber, partner together to deliver exceptional quality services to our clients across our service areas in North Carolina.

Kevin Matthews has more than 32 years in the plumbing and property repair business, and he truly takes customer care to a higher level. With Kevin’s partnership and expertise, Fixed-NC pivoted to solely a plumbing company. We have extensive experience with both commercial and residential clients and both new and existing construction.
Kevin’s deep skills across trades, along with his tremendous work ethic and dedication, have enabled him to establish long-lasting business (and personal) relationships with honest General Contractors and subcontractors. These partnerships enable us to offer outstanding service to our clients, and we’re happy to make recommendations as needed. Kevin leads our team of skilled plumbing technicians to deliver quality work at fair prices.
When he’s not helping clients, Kevin enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and playing corn hole.
